Sabbatical July 4

July 4, 2014 –

We begin the day little late starting out but singing patriotic songs for the Fourth of July! Today was supposed to be an easy one but turned out to be rather challenging as we had many rivers to cross, each time descending into the valley and then rising to the top of the hill and repeating that over and over for most of the day. Traveling through eucalyptus groves and more farmland crossing several medieval bridges dating back to the 12th century. Finishing our day in Melita after 15 kilometers. My foot is getting stronger each day.
