Youth Announcements –

Posted on September 23, 2013

Dear Friends,

I am very excited to start this school year with St. Catherine’s Youth Program! We have a lot to look forward to with a full and fulfilling year ahead of us. Our schedule will offer each of us a chance to get to know each other better.  It will give us opportunities to grow in faith and formation together, stretch our comfort zones and have a lot of fun!  When you take a look at the 2015/2016 calendar you will see that we have a very full year ahead of us. We will kick off our Church School year on Sunday, September 13 at 10:00 AM in the Youth House, and will start up our weekly Wednesday Programming on the following Wednesday, September 16 with a new schedule: dinner at 5:45, Choristers rehearsal or study hall at 6:15/6:30 and programming 7:00-8:00. I am excited to get to know you all this year and to experience some wonderful things with each of you

There are many moving pieces to this year for each of our four classes.  For that reason, we will have a parent meeting for all youth and parents on Sunday, September 13 at 5:00 PM. I strongly encourage each young person from those classes and at least one parent to attend this meeting. We will use this time to discuss the events in the upcoming year, answer any questions you may have, and share some helpful general information to enable each of our young people to get as much out of the Youth Program as possible.

If you have any questions before our first day of Church School, please feel free to contact me.  I’m very excited about all that we will be able to do together this year.  I’m looking forward to the wonderful adventure that this year will be!

Yours in Christ,

Sally Paris
